 As you can understand that each and every product is made to your requirements so we are unable to accept any returns unless

1) The product received does not match the order placed by yourself

2) The product is faulty

If in case of the above scenarios happening, please contact us at [email protected] and our friendly customer support team will make sure that you are well satisfied accordingly

Please do note that we won't be able to authorise any replacements unless we are shown a clear proof of the faulty items received or unless a product is sent back to us and we have run it through the inspection procedure.

In both cases you will be offered replacements or a full refund to the order or any partial refunds if we can agree to it
